Hey, Rebel. Quick question…
Do you know the 14th and 15th letters of the alphabet?

A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H…… It’s OK to count… we’ll wait. (and it’s OK to use your fingers..) And when you get to the14th and 15th letters of the alphabet, read on.
See, your NO determines where you GO.
We all know sometimes the Rebel journey can feel overwhelming. Those around you don’t always understand why you’re living this way. And when you want to give and serve and love the world around you, it’s easier to say ‘yes’ than to say ‘no’.
But consider this:
Part of the Rebel refining process is learning to say NO to the wrong things – even to ‘good’ things – so you can say YES to the BEST things.
Saying NO to poor food choices so you can say YES to performing your best.
Saying NO to overconsuming alcohol, caffeine and sugar, so you can say YES to ________________.
Saying NO to doom scrolling, social media rabbit holes, and 24-hour news channels, so you can say YES to a peaceful mind and a calm week.
Saying NO to worry, gossip and fear, so you can say YES to a spirit of love, peace, and purpose.
Saying NO to the spiral of isolation, and YES to the intimacy of community.
Of course, in a perfect world, there are times when we must say yes. So we’ve put together a list of 9 Qualifications To Giving Your YES Away. The more you can say ‘yes’ to these questions, the more likely you are to find fulfillment in the things you say yes to. If you can’t say YES to each of these questions, make your answer a NO for now.
Is it aligned with my purpose?
Does it fit my vision for my life and/or business?
Will it help me utilize my gifts?
Can I learn from it?
Will it help me grow?
Does it give me a sense of peace?
Is there something in my life I can stop doing, in order to say yes to this?
Does it move the needle in the direction I need to go right now?
Does it make my heart race?
If you can answer YES to every question above, then go for it!
If not, make it a NO for now.
Rebel Tip: Remember, 'no' is a complete sentence. It stands all by itself. You don't have to follow it with, "No, but... " or "No, because...".
Just 'no' is fine.
