Your Rebel90 goal is to shoot for drinking 2 to 3 liters of water (67-100 oz) every day. I know that may feel like a LOT right now.. But think of it as just a little over drinking TWO 32-oz drinks of soda or tea. (Most people can do that in one sitting!) You’re just replacing it with something your body MUST have.
